Use both standard tools & all resources available to harmonize the approach from one account to the other. This includes use of SAP processes, SoS strategies, Tableau data, service fees policy, & contract information. Deploy a sequence of tasks for each project starting with assessment of the request through rollout of the strategyAnalyze feasibility with Supply Chain Mgmt (SCM) & define best scenario Collaborate with Sales KAM and SCM to clarify expectations for SoS Validate with SCM & internal stakeholders the solution Roll Out the scenario and track achievements Measure process efficiency and monthly operational indicators Work on continuous improvement plansAnalyze delivery performance Key Process Indicators (KPI's) and initiate improvement action plans

Work with major Medical, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Food and Produce AccountsFundamental responsibilities include supporting sales staff with internal project management by managing incoming new capital equipment orders for both food and medical customers in a complex SAP environment. Assist in development, preparation and maintenance of information and reports within SAP ERP, SAP CRM, Sharepoint, and Lotus Notes. SAP order entry utilizing the Project System (PS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with consideration of both technical and commercial aspects of the order. Calculations done in both EUR and USD, with attention to detail in regard to company gross profits and overall project margins. Assist in clarification and resolution of technical issues. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers. Order project management. Work in a fast-paced, analytical, and technical environment. Familiar and interactive with all aspects of internal sales operations and support. Collaborate and manage efforts with international manufacturing facilities. Coordinate customer progress payments, purchase third party vendor items, monitor freight forwarding and project delivery schedule. Orders include thermoforming packaging machines, tray sealers, chamber machines, labelling and quality inspection systems, automated packaging lines, and turnkey production lines.Collaborate with KAM sales, general sales team, technical sales advisors, Engineering, vendors, and order processors to create customer sales proposals for complete packaging machines, retrofit components, labelling and printing systems, accessories, and rebuilds. Responsible for the presentation, commercial accuracy including pricing, gross profit margins and accurate terms and conditions of sale. Self-assess technical knowledge and obtain training and assistance as needed.
