Currently SharePoint Content Administrator for SAF/MGB in the United States Air Force.Former position:Secretary of the Air Force, CIO (SAF/CIO-A6)o Developed training modules and gave training to individuals selected as Site Ownerso Manage a large number of Site Owners while contracted to SAF/CIO-A6 and educate them on best practices for SharePoint.o Managed the migration of SAF/CIO-A6 Sharepoint from 2010 to 2013. The migration included 80 subsites, educating all users, conducting meetings with over 20 sie owners, completing a full content review, and re-doing numerous pages after the migration. o Developed business rules for the SAF/CIO-A6 SharePoint site that were implemented throughout the organization.o Single point of contact for the SAF/CIO-A6 public website and Air Force Portal content and complete all updates in a timely matter.Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)o Redesigned a HRSA SharePoint 2013 subsite home page: consulted with HRSA team to determine design elements, referenced analytics to gauge the content users were most interested in accessing, and provided a design that has increased positive reaction from 50% approval rate to a 90% approval rate.o Create InfoPath forms to aid in users submitting information to SharePoint lists.o Advanced the HRSA SharePoint Search by writing a plan for enhancement and then working with a team to create promoted search and add refiners. Emagine IT Corporateo Worked with SharePoint 365o Suggested ways people could better use SharePoint to complete their daily tasks: combined calendars, libraries using multiple fields for sorting/filtering, coordinating social events, etc. o Created InfoPath forms that replaced paper HR forms. The forms submitted information to both SharePoint lists and document libraries and removed the need for employees to fill out paperwork.o Updated the EIT WordPress site as needed.

The single point of contact for content management for Air Force Acquisition. I coordinate content, complete re-writes when necessary, format the content and post it to various Air Force-owned sites. I consult with my clients about the best possible way to display their information, how to get repeat visitors, and how to make sure their content stays fresh.I am also a Site Administrator for three different SharePoint instances. In this capacity, I create sites, manage access permissions, give user training, and provide customized lists and results when needed. With my implementations clients are saving time and money by taking advantage of SharePoint. I have also reduced the amount of emails and paperwork that is required for different processes.Additionally, I manage the public site for my client. I post information and review it for public release. I will also be maintaining sites for civilian careers, updating them, and again, reviewing the information to deem it worthy for public release.

I work on site reviews for clients who are wondering how they can get more visitors to their site or increase their business. For my clients, I do a complete site review which includes: keyword reviews, search engine results, review of HTML/CSS coding, backlinking, and more. I have been successful in increasing new visitors for all of my clients. In some cases, analytics show an increase of 1000% over a year. Some clients have shown a drastic increase in business as they began to learn how to use keywords effectively on their site and market it locally.
