As the Manager of Demand Generation and Lead Copywriter at Booster, I work closely with the VP of Marketing to lead the development and execution of the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy. As the Manager of Lead Generation at Booster, I successfully led my team in expanding the company's growth through data-driven campaign creation and management, optimizing automation processes using a range of tech tools (including Hubspot, Salesforce, Calendly, and Showpad), and developing targeted email newsletters and drip campaigns for current and prospective clients. I also worked closely with the Sales Team to improve the customer journey, while monitoring increased booking/re-booking through ever-expanding lead tracking capabilities. In this position, I played a key role in the company's website migration and rebranding efforts. As the lead copywriter, I completely revised all website copy and worked with the SEO team to quickly recover our search rankings through the creation of SEO-rich blog content.
