- Innovative, professional and passionate trainer who develops and utilizes a wide variety of instructional techniques and formats (including role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussion, video and computer-based training modules, on the job coaching and lectures) to significantly increase the skills, knowledge, and abilities of internal customers - Formulate and conduct professional development for key internal customers – analyze needs and overall objectives to develop and create instructional materials and customized workshops which resulted in an increase in employee retention and internal promotions- Play a key role in coordinating, organizing and managing team members to ensure successful training programs were in place - Directly supervise the department’s LMS Administrator, managing a detailed enterprise-wide Learning Management System including completion tracking and reporting- Enthusiastically serve as the initial point of advice, conflict resolution, and facilitation in the areas of talent development, performance management, and employee relations - Develop interactive and innovative strategies to increase outcomes-based results- Compose company-wide email communications announcing new training offerings, product updates, and/or process changes- Direct logistics for onsite and offsite training events including managing budgets, expenses, hotel contracts, travel arrangements, meals, materials, and attendance- Design and maintain strong communication and partnerships with field operations and other Support Center departments - Effectively manage the company’s annual Performance Review process, including preparing training materials and delivery, communication, and data gathering/analysis
