Jennifer is an experienced Social Media/Marketing Director with over nine years of expertise in the real estate industry. Currently at CENTURY 21 Boling & Associates, Inc., Jennifer leads all marketing efforts, oversees lead management, and provides IT support. All while bringing precision, innovation, and a keen eye for design to her work. Whether crafting impactful campaigns, building brand identities, or refining the smallest details, she ensures every project is polished to perfection. A lifelong lover of art, Jennifer grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC, and attended a high school where she specialized in Art and studied Graphic Design. During her junior and senior years, she taught herself Photoshop, which became a significant part of her Senior thesis and sparked a lifelong passion for digital and print design. This creative foundation led to two years at Coker College before returning home to complete her Associate's degree in Business with an emphasis in Graphic Design at Horry-Georgetown Technical College. Skilled in social media strategy, branding, typography, page layout, Canva, Photoshop, and event management, Jennifer brings a strategic and artistic approach to her work. She efficiently handles the office’s buyer and seller lead management, ensuring leads are distributed, databases are organized, and agents are equipped with the resources they need to succeed. Jennifer also works closely with agents, helping them market their properties, enhance their personal branding, and grow their businesses. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys boating, living on the waterway, and retreating to her family’s cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
