I'm a dedicated graduate student specializing in marriage and family therapy, with an additional certification in school-based counseling services. My passion lies in providing culturally sensitive and competent therapy services across diverse populations.My experience includes working closely with individuals, couples, and family systems, focusing on issues ranging from severe mental illness and comorbid substance use disorders among the homeless population to LGBTQ+ concerns, military life challenges, and supporting children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.I approach therapy with a deep understanding of the unique struggles and strengths within each community and individual I work with. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, foster resilience, and achieve meaningful change in their lives.Outside of my academic and professional pursuits, I am committed to ongoing learning and staying informed about the latest research and therapeutic approaches to better serve my clients.
