I worked closely with both entities to ensure a smooth transition of care for clients and clinicians while continuing daily operations oversight.Key responsibilities included: managed daily operations of ABA department to ensure efficiency and access to care, monitored contract utilization and met with Case Supervisor's to review output, monitored Central Reach scheduling and billing software to analyze KPI to ensure program's profitability, acted as a liaison between various departments including executive leadership, identified employee conflict and help staff navigate through turmoil in order to maintain equilibrium, and conducted interviews for clinical and administrative positions and orchestrated the interview process from vetting to hiring.
