• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock • Oversee and facilitate all customer order fulfillment, including working alongside our (remote) Customer Service support to ensure timely responses and exchanges/returns • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse and returns & exchanges systems • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner When ready to scale, hire and manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other teams (we are very small, but mighty!)
