In March, 2024 the company closed its DTC Operations to focus solely on licensing agreements utilizing its patented technology and streamlining wholesale partnerships. Of the restructuring, Founder Nicole Biscuiti stated “Our end-game has always been to facilitate an acquisition that made sense and felt right.
