Accounting Clerk• General Accounting Duties for 6 locations (i.e. General Ledger, Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).• Supporting 6 locations, including CEO, VP, 6 managers and 15 sales staff. • Input and maintain Boat/Motor/Trailer Invoices in to Inventory, including listing all inventory on web sites.• Registered Yamaha and Mercury engines, file for boat and engine incentives and programs.• Process sales deals and figure sales commissions.• Speak to and/or help customers with problem solving.• Process State title work for NC, SC, and GA.• Daily use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Assist Bank of America and GE finance in monthly audits of Floorplan.• Key team player in migration and training of new operating system.

• Assist Vice President of Accounting and other Account Managers with various administrative duties.• Daily cash control (i.e. maintain petty cash fun for office, daily bank deposits for 24 companies, and postal funds).• Enter balances of payables into AS400 system daily: send out for approval and process checks for payment on a weekly basis.• Maintain records and account for Wright Express Fleet Cards for over 200 company vehicles.• Support Accounting Department during tax season with various trial balance sheets and gathering information for KPMG Accountant.
