A small local company helping Canadians work through the Disability Tax Credit application process. My position is to work directly with the client as they move through the process with their doctor. I love speaking with so many interesting Canadians from across the country every day!

I am a part-time lifestyle photographer located in Langley, BC. I have a love for capturing families, kids and small weddings. Time goes fast and documenting the love within the families, couples and individuals is something I have always loved. My goal is for my clients to have photographs that make them happy to view on their walls and leave behind great memories for their children and family for years to come.

Scheduling Coordinator for a unionized Aeroplan Contact Centres in both Vancouver and Montreal, utilizing tools such as Totalview, Calabrio and Microsoft products to manage the scheduling environment.Began as a unionized reservation agent in the Canadian Airlines contact centre, including the Executive Platinum Desk in 1998. At the end of 1999, Canadian Airlines and Air Canada and I continued as a reservation agent working in the Air Canada Aeroplan division. In 2001, became an Operational Coordinator for the Contact Centre running the day to day operations desk with a team of 5. I moved to the Workforce Planning department in 2005 and worked in a team geared toward clean processes for the scheduling of the unionized group in line with the collective agreement. Creating, defining or documenting our internal processes was often my role within the Scheduling team. Aimia has been restructuring over the past few years and so I have experienced many changes to personnel and the process that a company goes through during this time.

My time with Revy actually began as a cashier in the Revelstoke home centre store in Langley. After a two years there, I was promoted to a position in the head office as an assistant buyer. Later I decided to be involved in opening the new warehouse store and did various positions over the course of my employment from Customer service to Purchasing to Accounts Receivable and Inventory Control until I finally moved on to a position with Canadian Airlines. My time with this company was all about growth, expanding my skills and being the best at customer service.
