I maintain my expertise in both functional consultation and technical development of the ServiceNow application. My favorite professional pastime is reviewing existing processes and producing an efficient refined analysis for implementing future processes. As well as being able to adapt to many situations, I work well in stressful environments while striving to solve conflicts that may arise. I am willing to learn new tasks and ask questions to help increase productivity for myself and those around me.
