Jennifer Smith leads Exiger’s Global Talent & Culture Team. She has been with Exiger since 2015, partnering with the business and its leaders in achieving Exiger’s significant growth objectives. Exiger’s fast-paced evolution has included the growth of multiple business units, each of which provides purpose-built, technology-driven and technology-enabled solutions to help clients solve their most complicated issues in managing risk and compliance.In her role as Chief People Officer, Jennifer serves as an active proponent of driving a culture that everyone across Exiger can be proud of, built on the foundation of Exiger’s shared Guiding Principles and centered around Exiger’s Purpose – working together every day to make the world a safer place to do business. Jennifer serves as a business partner to Exiger’s senior leaders and as a coach and mentor to her global team. Jennifer has extensive experience supporting organizations in building people-focused practices that weave a culture of commitment and connection through the employee life cycle.
