Since 1988, the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging has held the mission to educate, enrich, and empower the lives of UA's older residents.My job, as its Executive Director, is to oversee and create programming to achieve this mission, develop the branding and messaging to share our stories, and raise the funds to sustain our work. I believe in linking arms with other individuals and organizations who share our heart to serve UA's most valuable assets - our seniors.

Working with the team at the Upper Arlington Commission on Aging to launch UA Village - a membership-based program which, through volunteer and other resources, works to help the older residents of Upper Arlington stay and thrive in the homes and neighborhoods they love.

Served as advisory/board member for several organizations.Provided vehicle for adoptive families to fundraise and opportunities to grow in knowledge of parenting children from trauma backgrounds. Provided grants to those serving orphans worldwide.Led and served service and outreach teams in China, Alaska, Honduras, and Ukraine. Created opportunities for local outreach and engaged volunteers and support. Hilltop Christian Community Development Corporation (HCCDC) is a private, non-profit community development organization addressing the felt needs of people in the Hilltop community, an extremely poor, racially diverse neighborhood on the near west side of Columbus, Ohio.HCCDC touches lives "on the Hill" through preschool, education, housing, youth leadership development, and jobs assistance.

Through Into the Field, Back in His Arms Again was able to gain its non-profit incorporation, define it's mission and vision, execute initial stratigic planning, and ministry definition. BIHAA initially worked in partnership with Into the Field as a Ministry Charity Project. Back in His Arms Again serves families and others through the loss of a child.

China Service Ventures is committed to serving the people of China. Some of its projects include: Health & Nutrition, English Teaching, and Outreach.As a board member have worked with the ministry on issues of branding, marketing, fundraising, and operations. Served as a co-leader taking three teams to China on short-term missions trips.
