As a Mold Machine Operator, I was responoble for making sure the machine at my station produced the product propearly and to check each piece for quality. I was also responsible for keeping an accurate count of all the product produced including all imperfections.

As a personal consultant I provided quality products, in-depth information and support to my clients. Most times, as a private party in their homes, But also often over the phone.

I was exclusively a Receptionist for the first two years of my employment. As Receptionist, my duties were to answer the phones and transfer the calls to the proper department, great all customers as they enter the showroom floor and help direct them to the department they desired. I also was responsible for submitting warranty registrations for all products sold.After the first two years, I transitioned into sales and service. In sales, I learned the finer points of our products and helped guide our customers into a sale that was right for their needs.In service, I helped customers check in their power equipment with a quick inspection to ensure the best service possible. I also helped to look up, provide and order parts as needed by our customers.
