My area of expertise is in program development and community building. In my positions at Stony Brook University, LIU Post and Hofstra University, I have built partnerships with a wide variety of constituents, ranging from student interns to senior administration, and have had extensive interactions with the broader community. I recognize the importance of representing a prestigious organization and am cognizant of the various components associated with upholding the standards of excellence. I am a natural collaborator and possess excellent verbal presentation and listening skills, with awareness that attentive listening and clear communication are crucial for accomplishing the goals set forth. I approach my work with energy, patience and good humor. Working in environments of inclusion and diversity has formed the bedrock of my work ethic which is built upon the value I place on service to others always with a lens on the common thread that binds us all.
