• Worked in Policy section and tasked for re-writing state regulations due to Federal regulation changes and/or program policy changes. • I tracked and reviewed proposed state legislation for its impact on the program and met weekly with the Deputy Commissioner and Staff Advisor to go over the impacts. • I attended Legislative Review sessions with the Deputy Commissioner to address concerns with proposed changes to the regulations that govern the program. • I drafted changes to program forms that are used by the program and the public.• I created and submitted the agencies State Plan to our Regional Federal office.
