As a customer advisor at Three UK, I provide excellent service and support to customers in store. I use my case analysis and teaching skills to resolve issues, explain products and services, and educate customers on how to get the most out of their devices and plans. I have been working in this role for 5 months, and I enjoy helping customers and learning new things every day. Before joining Three UK, I was a student ambassador at the University of Stirling, where I graduated with a BA with Honours (1st Class with Distinction) in Spanish and Latin American Studies in June 2023. I represented the university at events, fairs, and open days, and shared my experience and enthusiasm with prospective students and visitors. I also spent 2 (academic) years as an English language assistant at the British Council, teaching English to students in Spain and improving my Spanish fluency and cultural awareness. I am currently pursuing a LLB at the University of Strathclyde, where I am studying law and developing my legal knowledge and skills. I am passionate about human rights and social justice, and I aspire to become a solicitor who can make a positive difference in the world. I am always eager to learn new things, challenge myself, and expand my horizons.
