Federal Program Management Office Lead
- Responsible for performing program support tasks within the resource management scope. Core areas of support include providing timely project communications, staffing and demand tracking, resource on/offboarding, compliance tracking and reporting, supporting daily operations of the team and skill appropriate ad hoc requests. - Complexity: Requires analysis and solving of significant problems that are increasingly complex, requiring the exercise of judgment and discretion. - Authority: Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. - Scope: Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.- The PMO works with the Project Team Leads to support all areas of project management, including managing internal/external communications, coordinating internal and external status reporting, managing risks/issues, supporting quality reviews and delivery QAs, client data protection activities, assisting with internal audits, monitoring submission of contractual deliverables, client invoicing, and supporting team engagement activities. - The role required the ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships with a mix of staff, clients, and teaming partners (including technical team leads, Contracting Officer Representative, internal support teams, and external subcontractor liaisons). - Additionally, this role provides support for on/off-boarding, vendor management and invoicing, standardizing and documenting processes and procedures, and other ad-hoc support to help facilitate quality delivery when needed.
