The desire for continuous improvement, led me to obtain four SAFe certifications as an Advanced Scrum Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner/Product Manager and Agilist. One of the things I love about Agile is its emphasis on Transparency. Transparency is key to a successful outcome, where everyone knows what page the other is on.An affinity for getting to know people is what initially drew me to the Financial Services industry. The ability to build trusting and loyal relationships, through rigorous planning, developing efficient strategies to meet and exceed targets, while adding a dose of creativity, is what kept me there.
