I have over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large system implementations, business transformations, and employee development programs. Collaboration across all levels of the organization has been key to my success, driving shared goals and leveraging talent within direct and indirect reporting structures to achieve business objectives. Often I’m the person others reach out to when they are unsure where else to go.
