I am a graduate from San Joaquin Valley College with my Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. It is through my education and previous work experience that I have gained my skills in administration and clerical work. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. I obtain knowledge and some experience with Excel and QuickBooks. Through my past work experience I have exceeded great customer service skills, telephone etiquette, written and oral communication, and supervisory skills. Some of the clerical duties I have performed on a daily basis consist of filing, answering phones, creating professional documents, managing phone and written correspondence, managing purchase order logs, providing all administrative support. My career goal is to gain a position at a company where I can utilize the skills I have obtained. I want to be able to learn new skills that I can use to help with the company’s growth and development. I think my greatest strengths are the ability to be organized, multitask and get along well with a wide variety of personalities. I am a very outgoing person with a great attitude and very friendly. I am very motivated and excited about my new career goals.
