Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working, as well as volunteering, in the health, education and fitness industries. My Honours Bachelor degree is from the University of Toronto. My major was in Physical Education and Health; my minor was in Psychology. I had the honour and privilege of representing U of T at the 2004 International Student Congress on Sport Sciences at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. Some highlights of my career include working and training with World-renowned, Olympic figure skating coaches as well as World- and Olympic-medalist figure skaters. In addition, I was a Canadian Double Gold medalist, (Figures and Free skate), in 1989. Other wonderful experiences that have helped shape my professional path include coaching Special Olympics figure skaters (including Neurodivergent learners) and hockey players; teaching high school hockey teams edge work; working with inner-city children and youth with mental health issues; supervising international ILAC clients during their exams, and working, as well as practising yoga, at Modo Yoga.
