I have recently completed my Primary PGCE at the University of Leicester, being graded as an outstanding teacher. I am currently nearing the end of my second term as an NQT in a primary school in Leicestershire, working in Year 5. I am passionate about ensuring that all children regardless of their background, beliefs or ability receive a fulfilling and enjoyable education.I have a BSc (Hons) Geography degree from Royal Holloway, University of London. My specialised interests include political geographies, creative and cultural work, and conservation biogeography. I worked as a Student Ambassador at my university for two years, which involved working as a key team-member, acting decisively when necessary, and gaining confidence talking and presenting in front of large groups of prospective students and parents during Open Days and UCAS Days when showing them round the campus.
