Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan and budget for Centennial Property Management Company, including Chronicle Apartments, M Apartments, and River Park Square, Spokane's premier downtown destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Establish annual marketing plan and budget. Provide strategic direction, oversight and implementation for projects and programs resulting in increased traffic, sales and revenue. Establish and maintain community partnerships. Oversee events, sponsorships and charitable giving.

Own and maintain client relationships for key agency accounts. Responsible for the client support and growth for existing accounts. Manage a wide array of agency projects including digital, mobile and traditional. Responsible for daily client communication and management of project resources. Develop project documentation including scope of work, project plan, estimates, timelines, and creative briefs. Responsible for revenue forecasting, billing and project profitability.
