I currently handle all aspects of the accounting and administrative functions of the company. This includes, but is not limited to, month end/year end preparation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sales Tax reporting/payments, Property Tax payments, Insurance/Dealer & Tax audits, all account reconciliations, Invoicing & Billing, Document retention organization, Deal processing, etc. I am a multi talented, flexible, one-woman show.

I served many roles beginning with Executive Assistant to the owner, then progressing through all areas of accounting as Office Manager and eventually as Controller. I worked with several accounting softwares including ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, AutoManager & Quickbooks. I have also handled the implementation and switchover to new accounting software. Over the years I was involved in overseeing all accounting departments, as well as reconciling, preparing and reporting financial statments to be submitted to the manufacturers. I have handled payroll internally and through ADP processing. I have experience in remitting payroll taxes, sales taxes and corresponding returns. I assisted in the setup of new businesses with IDOR and Secretary of States office. I handled credit life/disability audits, sales tax audits, SOS dealer audits, etc. I oversaw employees in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables, Warranty Receivables, Inventory, Title Processing, and all daily accounting functions. I worked with other department managers to problem solve and simplify processes to achieve our most efficient and profitable position.
