- Lead a team of 5-8 fulltime and graduate student researchers to conduct rigorous research studies, including program and policy evaluations and benefit-cost analyses. - Manage research studies including impact studies and implementation studies using administrative data, nationally representative survey data, original survey data, and qualitative data from interviews and focus groups. - Provide leadership, oversight, and technical assistance on research plans, including analytic plans and methods for research studies.- Support the design, implementation, and analysis of original surveys.- Manage project workflow and provide direct supervision to researchers; support staff professional development.- Write project proposals to obtain funding for new projects and assist in identifying new research opportunities.- Write and edit in-depth reports and briefs conveying complex research findings for a general audience.- Write, edit, and submit academic papers for publication summarizing research findings.- Manage client relationships and build relationships with external stakeholders to collaborate on research knowledge building. - Manage research processes and procedures within and across teams; ensure consistency and quality across all research projects.
