I strive to have a servant leadership style. I am committed to serving my staff, students and parents daily. I am also an instructional leader who uses data to inform program planning. I am very focused on individual student achievement and growth. I feel that my experiences the past 17 years as an employee at Piedmont, as well as my Masters Degree in School Administration and Supervision, have prepared me for this position. It has been a privilege to work as a substitute teacher, teacher assistant, teacher, curriculum coordinator, Assistant Managing Director and Elementary Director at Piedmont. Building strong relationships with the staff, students and parents is important to me.
