DoN Consolidated Card Program Management Division (CCPMD) Contractor- Strategic planning of the SP2 to SP3 transition for the Department of the Navy. Active tasks in this position include spreadsheet building, process compliance and data collection/management. Participates in daily meetings to discuss the transition and the impact on DoN Cardholders along with attending the annual Summit for DoN Level 3s.

Administrative & Human Resources Specialist- Process of all new employees and contractors, manages employee benefits such as medical, dental, life insurance, COBRA and AFLAC, along with the collection of COBRA payment. Fingerprints and processes potential Contractors and Employees for Clearances. Process all travel claims for the company, along with running expenses in the Microsoft Access expense log; reviewing, verifying and preparing all invoices for our commercial clients for accounts payable. Submit government invoices into various government and contract programs for payment on a monthly basis. Submits employee and contractor hours into Prime Contractor custom created software. Maintain the Target System's internal website for both employees and contractors. Run and submit weekly timesheets for various contractors. Responsible for running reports for monthly billable contractors along with their contract's government invoicing. Provide direct support to Target System's Vice President of Business & Logistics Consulting and the Vice President of Information Systems and the various Project Managers as required. Maintain office inventory. Prepare PowerPoint presentations on monthly status reports for Government Clients.
