I am a senior Neuroscience student at the University of Colorado Boulder with a strong interest in neural dysregulation. My current research focuses on the effects of inflammation and stress on sleep in an Alzheimer's disease mouse model. Additionally, I have experience working with C. elegans, exploring the role of various proteins in morphological changes of neuronal polarity.As a prospective PhD student for Fall 2025, I aim to delve deeper into the mechanisms of neuroinflammation and risk factors contributing to neurodegenerative diseases with hope for developing targeted therapeutics for individuals affected by these diseases.
