Manage the deployment of low voltage cabling, high voltage cabling, and hardware installation for TargetTech devices in Target stores including: * Managing vendor execution and quality of work in stores * Facilitate collaboration as a liaison between technology, construction, store and vendor teams * Writing contract statements of work * Creating budgets and tracking financial forecasts and actuals * Reviewing prints to determine hardware requirements * Procurement of required hardware and coordination of delivery to site * Interviewing, hiring and providing work direction for contractors

Coordinate the installation of all low voltage cabling and network connected hardware in New Stores.Collaborated closely with construction, store operations, vendor, and store team members to ensure all devices were functional by construction turnover to the store team. * Transformed existing siloed approach to executing technology solutions in New Stores into a more collaborative relationship with Construction, Store Operations, Store Teams, Store Design, and TargetTech Engineering partners. This allowed TargetTech and Construction teams to work together to flex our processes to accommodate the compressed timelines required by the new small format stores. * Collaborated with New Store CFT partners to prioritize TargetTech vendor efforts on devices required by store team members at construction turnover. Enabling store teams to begin the task of setting up a new store while TargetTech vendors focused on guest facing devices after turnover. * Drove adoption of improved project tracking & reporting using Smartsheet to hold internal and external partners accountable for promised deliverables and providing real time updates to project progress, issue tracking, and device validation.

* Provisioned telephone and data circuits for New Stores by working closely with construction to ensure site readiness for telco provider and communicated status to the carrier. * Lead all telecom efforts in rollout of Target Canada. Collaborated closely with construction and Bell Canada to bring fiber to the premise at all Target stores in Canada. * Primary project manager in coordinating all Target Canada closing store efforts related to hardware removal, ensuring all devices were scrubbed and ready for sale, while maintaining critical network functions during liquidation. * Lead effort to source a new Telecom Expense Management (TEM) vendor who would provide a single platform to track telcom inventory to allow for accurate audit and payment of telecom invoices. * Reviewed telecom audit reports to identify circuits and lines that were no longer needed saving $450,000 in annual telecom expense on alarm lines alone.
