- Lead the Visual Instrument Team for the overall Malaysia & Brunei VI business direction and market development plans.- In charge of visual products - Projectors, Moverio - Augmented Reality Smart Glasses, Signage Solutions.- Develop business plans and execute marketing strategies for different market segment, region, or business units with the objective to drive sales and channel expansion with the coordination and integration across units.- Plan & develop Go-to Market Strategy which covers products/market segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation for projectors business. - Manage day-to-day product marketing for VI products/solutions such as marketing programs roll-out, sales leads generation and end user communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, and remove obstacles to achieve business results. (E.g. Roadshows, product launch, partnership or collaboration program) - Work closely together with sales team to monitor changes in the marketplace so as to identify gaps and opportunities for market opportunities ( Corp/Government/Retail) via new or existing products.- Responsible for achievement of market share, product financial performance, revenue performance, and budget management goals to align with company and regional direction.- Manage end user and competitor market research and analysis. Analyse competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution. - Responsible for channel recruitment and expansion plans for focus growth segment ( distributors and channel partners)

- Study the global telecommunications trends covering North America, Middle East Africa, APAC, Europe and Latin America for business/marketing decision making.- To identify market trend and opportunities, focus on competitor analysis (SWOT) on WiMAX and LTE products ( customer premises equipment).- Study the Top 20 WiMAX/LTE Global Operators Background for sales/marketing account penetration.- Develop Market Sizing report for market penetration business decision making ( covering global WiFi/network congestion/WiMAX/LTE)

- Responsible for office machine software and document management software (DocuShare) product launch and marketing strategy.- Involve in planning for product evaluation, launching, sales kits and presentation materials.- Work with product team (hardware) to come out with various marketing campaigns such as incentive plan and monthly promotions on different products (Engineering Plotter & Office Multifunction Device).- Conduct Sales Workshop to branches and partners on new launched products or solutions from Fuji Xerox Asean or 3rd party vendor.- To execute planned promotional campaign activities such as participation in exhibitions and roadshows.- To generate the product price list, reports, tender price proposals and promotion plans for channel partners & customers.

- Involved in coordinating promotional activities, event management and marketing budget tracking.- Coordinating IBM Business Partner Sales & Technical Certification Class & Product Workshop. - Responsible to set up Value Partner Portal website - online website for IBM resellers with India counterpart.
