Jennifer Lynch, a multifamily development consultant for Resource Housing Group, Inc. focuses mainly on sourcing new multifamily deals in Alabama. Jennifer determines the financial feasibility and site suitability for a viable project, negotiates and effectuates site control, and manages the tax credit (funding) application process.Jennifer has over 12 years in the affordable housing development space resulting in over 25 multifamily developments throughout the southeast. Prior to her consulting roles with RHG and Prestwick Companies, she has 8 years’ work experience as Development Coordinator for Prestwick and Vizion Driven Communities. In that role, she managed many phases of the LIHTC development process including initial LIHTC application, loan closing, and construction draw management.Jennifer is also co-founder and partner of Hands-Free Hosting, a short-term rental management founded in 2020 and company based in Columbus, GA.She has a Bachelor of Science (Political Science and Government) from Kennesaw State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Columbus State University.
