•Develop and adapt curriculum based on current research findings for writing, reading, listening and speaking classes; including the development of new courses •Develop, oversea and maintain assessment procedures to monitor student progress•Supervise the yearly review of Student Learning Outcomes, Placement Tests, Diagnostic material and rubrics, and use review as a springboard to review/update syllabi, teaching materials, and Course Goals and Guidelines•Interview, hire and train new instructional staff members•Develop and maintain teacher collaboration structure and facilitate professional development workshops focusing on a holistic view of language learning, with a goal of integrating language skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) in a skill-segregated learning environment•Evaluate and maintain curriculum materials, including text books, supplementary materials and additional teacher resources•Provide support, guidance, and supervision to instructors in addition to providing training, coaching and feedback in the areas of evidence based instructional practices (technology use, corpus based instruction, collaboration and changing student demographics)•Oversea review of Accreditation report for WESLI’s Teacher Training and ESL Curriculum Programs

•Teach lower and upper-level academic prep classes to students of ESL (writing, reading, listening and speaking)•Administer placement tests (speaking & written) for incoming students•Facilitate seminars for WESLI’s Teacher Training Program (Topics: Large class management, Low-tech classrooms, Assessment, Job placement & Cultural awareness) •Develop and manage the WESLI blog and new WESLI website
