I was responsible for carrying out monthly annex revision reviews for EMA products and UK leaflet updates for PLPI products, for contributing to the maintenance of the company quality system with regard to annual product quality reviews (PQR) and issuing of standard operating procedures (SOP) and for assisting with documentation of company training records. I worked with other members of the PI Regulatory team, reporting to PI Regulatory Affairs Section Leader and PI Quality Assurance Manager. Summary of Tasks & Responsibilities: • Maintenance of PLPI and EMA product licence files, by means of updating Licence Master database with correspondence details, filing, updating PQR sheets and general housekeeping of files • To carry out electronic reviews (on regulatory authority websites) on a monthly basis for EMA annex revisions and changes to UK leaflets, and advise colleagues and managers of changes and issues etc. • To prepare and dispatch samples of products for submission to Trademark holders and regulatory authorities in conjunction with other team members • To update PQR sheets and carry out regular reviews (under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager and PI Regulatory Affairs Section Leader), to prepare data for annual PQR report and EMA annual reports • To issue authorized copies of SOP’s to necessary departments under the supervision of the Quality Assurance manager • To assist with the documentation of company training records under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager • To contribute to setting up Departmental procedures, policies and systems, and assist with training and implementation • To carry out other responsibilities within the PI Regulatory Affairs Department may be required from time to time

Employed to provide customer service and to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure the smooth running of the store. Also responsible for the promotion of the store and for new products to assure KPI's were met and a high level of sales were maintained. Enjoyed daily challenges of helping customers find the right products whether it be for themselves or for someone else and enjoyed being able to offer customers value for money by suggesting buying a larger size of perfume or even for suggesting purchasing a gift set. Main duties were to welcome customers into the store and to consult with them about the latest offers, for serving customers, keeping the work area clean and tidy and for making sure stock was priced and sign posted correctly.

Employed as a sales assistant over the Christmas period to provide customer service and to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike. Worked on a flexible hour’s contract whilst also covering overtime hours where required. Enjoyed the fact that each day was different and that there were always new challenges to be met. Worked mostly on the tills but contributed to filling the Christmas stock, DTS, tidied the baby section, brought stock out from the warehouse, helped out on perfume section and consulted with customers in the make-up department.
