• MBTI Step 1 Qualified Practitioner • Lead Global Reverse Mentoring programme for AXA PPP healthcare• Facilitation of core skills and manager specific classroom and webinar based learning, using multiple methods of delivery to AXA defined standards• Ownership and design of creative learning solutions (including digital methods such as infographics), incorporating pre and post learning activities to AXA defined standards•Request and review feedback to allow evaluation of training, spotting trends and taking action on key learnings• Bespoke support for the business, including Learning Needs Analysis conversations to identify the most appropriate solution, followed by design and delivery• Project work involving planning, organisation, communications, influencing and stakeholder management across AXA operating companies in the UK (including senior stakeholders)• Performing workplace observations / reviews for technical trainers to ensure they are operating to AXA defined standards in accordance with AXA PPP healthcare Design and Delivery standards• Developing key relationships to ensure local business requirements are being met

• Support and guidance for Work Request Experts queries received via email, telephone, face to face and Office Communicator. Managing escalations and complaints• Training and coaching of Work Request Experts, as well as colleagues in IT Local Support Team• Preparation and delivery of Work Request Expert Forums (delivered to around 40 WREs)• Process improvements to Work Request systems• Development of Local IT strategy through Work Request Pilot (looking to take raising WRs away from the business)

• Support for Corporate Sales Account Management Team (35+ team members) plus wider departmental support including diary management, meeting and team event organisation, travel bookings, employee expenses and holiday co-ordination• Support on client related work including tenders, presentations, new business support materials and agenda/minutes production• IT support for the team including Work Request Expert role and Service Forum Representative
