Performs administrative duties to include greeting visitors, screening telephone calls, processing mail and purchase orders, filing, managing correspondence, making travel and other arrangements, preparing letters and other correspondence, submitting work orders and room reservation requests, and event planning. Schedules appointments and maintains calendar for office. Schedules conference room. Responds to incoming telephone calls and walk-in visitors by providing general information. Coordinates events for the division and the University as needed. Works on special projects as needed.
