Promoted from LDP (Leadership Development Program) Recruiting Manager to National Recruiting Manager. Within this new role, I continue to manage the key activities of my former role while concentrating on West Coast recruitment for our Field Sales and Marketing Representatives. I collaborate with my coworkers to organize our annual recruiting summit and leadership meetings that train sales managers and campus recruiting leads across the country. I process prospective resumes from our corporate and external job boards to the appropriate sales manager and organize the internal referral program. Additionally, I maintain and update the Leadership Development Program database and provide quarterly/biannual reports to senior executives.

As LDP Recruiting Manager for TTI, I coordinate the Leadership Development Program (LDP) recruiting activities throughout the country. I assist lead recruiters with their respective university involvement, engage prospective candidates, train recruiters on best practices and organize the final round interviews at corporate headquarters. I also analyze TTI’s recruiting data/trends, assist with interviewing techniques and present LDP strategies and recruiting plans with focus universities nationally.
