I develop and implement a plan of care, including procedures and interventions within organizational scope of practice by communicating with physicians when required to achieve history, physical examination, and rule in/out differential diagnoses.Following are highlights of my key achievements that I attained:✯ Managed care of multiple patients in a busy ER (main and freestanding locations) of approx. 90K/year.✯ Maintained longevity in a difficult yet rewarding work environment.✯ Developed and maintained relationships with organizational staff and patients, resulting in written acknowledgment from administration.✯ Successfully precepted multiple advanced practice students.

In my past role:I have created and maintained strong and congenial relationships by delivering excellent patient care with knowledge, judgment, skill, training, and education within the scope of practice of an advanced practice nurse. I have provided comprehensive interval history, physical examination, and health assessments of patients with acute and chronic health problems. I have performed various duties, including identifying differential diagnoses, evaluating the severity of the patients’ illness, and executing a plan of care, including medication, lifestyle, and therapeutic intervention by collaborating with physicians.
