Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring providers see and treat Veterans in a timely and clinically appropriate fashion based… Show more As the Community Integrated Programs Supervisor, I am responsible for all the day to day clinical and administrative functioning of the Community Nursing Home, Adult Day Health Care, Tranistional Care Management, Interpersonal Violence , Caregiver Support Program, Medical Foster Home and Community Residential Care and Veteran's Directed Care Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring providers see and treat Veterans in a timely and clinically appropriate fashion based on their individual needs, monitoring patient access to services, program expansion and hiring of new staff, being fiscally responsible for the equipment and supply needs of the staff, ensuring clinicians are educated on the VA's national, network and local directives mandates and memorandums. As the SW Intern Coordinator I am responsible for 10 stipend MSW students from nationally accredited CSWE schools of Social Work. All while maintaining the VA's mission to care for "Those who have Borne the Battle" for our country. Show less
