• Hiring of any new employees or contractors. This included assisting in the creation of job descriptions, creating marking schemes for interviews, scheduling and responding to applicants.• Publishing Content on company socials. This included publishing blog posts, formatting and scheduling.• Office and People Management. This encapsulates a wide variety of tasks, from HR related tasks to administrative areas. Such as calendar management, • Policy and Process Improvement and Management. This includes using my extensive Microsoft office knowledge to improve trackers and using my industry knowledge to implement long lasting and effective policies in the workplace.• Carry out existing day-to-day administrative processes and maintain all office systems included but not limited to computer hardware and software, equipment, telephone, video conferencing systems, web-based applications etc.• Receive, evaluate and perform initial troubleshooting of requests from staff related to office systems.• Perform other related tasks, dependent upon the needs of the company. This ranged from the creation of in-depth investor packs to streamlining processes.

Managing more than 5 teams of (10+) analysts on medium to large engagements as a Senior Team Lead. Including the coaching of junior Team Leads and coaching analysts into senior associate roles.• Assisting in the establishment, and maintenance, of multiple work-streams and external projects. This has included projects in both KYC (event driven reviews) and Transaction Monitoring (returning a commercial bank to BAU).• Creating quality and production tracking tools, implementing quality and production initiatives.This includes;• Establishing packs for senior leadership around Trends and Insights of the project’s quality feedback and MI surrounding client drop in sessions and its effectiveness. This resulted in the project maintaining 8 months of on target production and quality• Creating production initiatives that drove the output of a project of ~30 people.• Launching and maintaining oversight of various other initiatives within projects. For example; Support Hubs, Process Confirmation and restructuring coaching plans. In addition to this I have also assisted with;• Coaching in order to deliver on Service Level Agreements, for example; assisting in a 12month project with a commercial bank which remained on tracker for the entire contract length.• Stakeholder management at a senior level including risk management and reporting deliverables.• Was part of a strategic team establishing our service towers first Continuous Improvement function. This resulted in the creation of a new Manager position as well as the FTE allowance for over 30 individuals taking it as a stretch role. This resulted in multiple efficiencies being created across the tower from communication to reporting trackers.

My main focus has been on project related work focusing on KYC remediation and AML case work for banks (I have had experience in both investment and commercial banking). In this area my main jurisdictions were German, UK and USA and my main tools outside that of the banks internal systems were Lexis Nexis, Fircosoft and other similar tools for screeningMy roles in this line of service include, but are not limited to, analyst work reviewing and completing due diligence cases, quality checking files and team lead work. However, I also have experience with regression testing for the remediation platform and being part of the Learning and Development team for a client. This training role spanned multiple countries and I was part of training and establishing multiple hubs that included Bangalore, Manila, Gdansk, Mexico and Singapore. This role included assessing established training materials, the updating materials to match current government legislation as well as the creation of new modules and delivery of training.Due to my various role, I have a very holistic view of KYC project work and am able to provide support across all of its many complex aspects.
