Working on the global PR & Content Creation team, I was responsible for: building and sending bimonthly newsletters; curating content and creating visuals for the company's main Instagram account; analyzing and reporting KPIs to guide the PR & Content Creation team's activity; periodically writing content for our company blog, Move; editing blog posts using WordPress; and coordinating global marketing team projects as needed, including one of the biggest white papers of the year, BCD Travel's annual Industry Forecast.

My role as a management associate began with an incredible opportunity to travel the world for six weeks to gain global insights about the corporate travel industry. I learned from industry leaders in hotel, air, rideshare, and GDS companies, among others, before returning to Atlanta for a six-month traineeship. I spent those six months working closely with BCD Travel's global marketing team. I wrote content for the internal magazine and the company blog; I compiled press mentions and categorized social media posts for marketing team reports; Using WordPress, I made SEO improvements to existing website content; and I performed various administrative tasks to benefit my global marketing team.

Kleber & Associates is a building materials marketing and PR firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. I spent the summer with them doing competitor research; contacting magazines, bloggers and influencers via email and phone for potential advertising opportunities; pulling together client media reports; participating and contributing to weekly Twitter KBtribechat to gain brand exposure; and building professional relationships between supervisors and fellow interns.
