Develop, manage and execute holistic marketing strategies focused on team, community and patients through empowerment and education on their healthcare journey. Building and leveraging internal and external partnerships to improve the outreach and brand awareness of Hill Country Memorial. Design and disseminate multi-faceted marketing strategies based on consumer data and market trend analysis. To ensure marketing approaches a performing as intended, outcomes and event attendance are reviewed for downstream ROI and effectiveness. Maintain and review budget to below 10% and midigate spends to align with strategic efforts.

- Manage complex responsibilities and activities of assigned F&N Programs, including design, development, implementation, monitoring and enhancements of a strategic work plan and budget to establish goals and objectives and integrate processes among all F&N units, Communications Division and Executive staff and coordinate and track implementation of identified action steps.- Assist the Director for F&N Administration with planning, developing, scheduling and coordinating the activities of staff and ensure assignments are being completed accurately and completely.- Coordinate with division staff to analyze information and trends related to assigned F&N Programs; identify systematic changes and/or weaknesses in operations, policies and/or procedures and non-valued-added activities; recommend and implement solutions.- Serve as the point of contact for USDA and Southwest Regional Office inquiries as assigned.- Serve as a liaison for assigned F&N programs, including collaboration with stakeholders, school district representatives, work groups, external interest groups and organizations; identify opportunities for partnership with stakeholders to promote awareness of F&N Programs as assigned and facilitate implementation of partnership efforts;- Manage workgroup and project goals and outputs; Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities as well as assessing and evaluating reasonable solutions to recognized problems.- Coordinate with division staff to ensure identified training and technical assistance needs are designed, developed, and implemented while ensuring the actual problem has been addressed.- Assist in developing and presenting program updates to stakeholders, including developing and revising communications to send to F&N staff, contracting entities and Education Service Center staff.- Coordinate the development and routing of F&N legislative reports.

- Coordinate and implement programs related to health, wellness, safety, family development and community development while working cooperatively with county staff to address emerging issues. - Deliver hands-on educational programs that encourage a behavioral change and knowledge gain to youth and adults. Programs are implemented in the school setting and 4-H curriculum. - Engage in community activities and events to create program visibility and transparency to residents of Llano County. - Serve as a role model, advisor and leader in the youth development program. - Secure funding and resources by collaborating with community members, commissioners court and key stakeholders to ensure program development. - Manage and organize volunteers while developing advocates for extension to ensure program success.

- Leveraged internal resources to ensure consistent messaging of communication programs such as Impact Quality, Benefits, HSE and the right now campaign. - Launched quarterly management package providing a vehicle for division’s leaders to communicate directly with employees the current state of the business. - Directed and organized production of local magazine to raise employee understanding of business trends and community involvement - Brand sponsor ensuring uniformity and adherence to corporate guideless. - Actively participated in internal leadership meetings to understand trends and strategies to better deliver communication information.

As project manager I am responsible for photography, marketing, sales and advertising. Also, I complete daily task including completion of excel spreadsheets, ACT, FileZila programs furthermore manage communications between departments using Basecamp. I have developed a strong skill for interactive sales skills and effective advertising.
