Her primary practice areas include civil litigation defense, insurance defense, local government law, school law and employment law defense. Jennifer is very active in the Virginia State Bar. She is currently a member of Virginia Bar Council, the governing body of the Virginia State Bar, having been elected for a second three-year term in July 2017. Jennifer recently completed her service on the Virginia State Bar’s Judicial Candidate Evaluation Committee. In the past, she has served on the board of the Litigation Section of the Virginia State Bar from 2002 through 2009 (Chairperson, 2008-2009; Secretary 2006-2007; Vice Chair, 2007-2008). She served as a member of the Virginia State Bar Sixth District Disciplinary Committee from 2004 to 2010, serving as Secretary, Vice Chair, and Chairperson.
