Plans sales volumes and potential of all potential customers in the region assigned. Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Analyzes the specific market conditions, and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders. Spots opportunities for Aftermarket service portfolio solutions.Prepares customer contacts. Prepares and negotiates proposals, in cooperation with other involved professionals and management. Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs. May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters. Reports sales and revenue related key reporting.

Work collaboratively with other GMSCM team across group units in different countries regarding quotation activities and supply chain management. Establish quote commitments to due date and manage throughout quote. Supporting sales with new customer projects and presenting cost-reduction proposals for existing programs. Assist commodity team define regional supply chain optimization plan and build relationship. Analyze local potential suppliers whether they can meet the Company’s requirements concerning price/ quality / service. Set up vendor code for new qualified suppliers against NDA agreement, Letter of Business Ethics and Quality Letter. Lead quotation team to obtain 5%~10% cost reduction target for new business, ensure a sustained growth on PIV. Assist purchase team to solve material shortage issue. Optimize the quotation procedure and other related procedures, in order to prevent from any mistake and improve the working efficiency. Define staff goals (KPI) & motivate staff to ensure goals are achieved.

Take lead of material quotation activities and supply chain management for AFG China and US divisions, and actively participation in European’s quotation activities. Understand company’s bidding strategies well, strengthen the cooperation and interaction with strategic suppliers to improve the business win rate. Negotiation with suppliers on pricing and other term and conditions, ensure that all procurements are based on competitive bids as submitted by qualified suppliers. Analyze quote pricing data and demonstrate value-add to customer. Con-call with oversea CM/BD departments every week, discuss quote issues and review status for finished quotation. Assist manager to implement professional training requirements.

Participate in material quotation activities in AFG China division. Attend kick off meeting and make quotation strategy for each RFQ. Send RFQ to suppliers against customer AVL BOM, including electronic parts (IC, memory, filter, discrete, capacitor, resistor) and drawing parts (package, plastic, cable, hardware). Negotiate with supplier for pricing, MOQ, L/T to ensure the company owns the best cost and terms at biding stage. Look for opportunities to reduce costs and improve quote competitiveness. Contract price verification and implement. Localization proposal to customer. Work with PM team for the NPI requirement. Set up award price in SAP and maintain the data system.

Complaints handling and after-sales service providing. Cooperate with QE department to solve technical problems. Spare parts order processing and shipment arrangement. Delivery tracking and management. Shipping documentation preparation and follow up. Payment collection with Finance and Key account specialist.
