CurrentMay 2018 – June 2022: Primary responsibility is to market and grow Aramex retail offerings, in particular, their Store-to-Door Drop Box service in the KZN and East London area. Managing ±200 retail outlets, including Pick n Pay, Checkers/Shoprite and Caltex Freshstop. Duties include, monthly store visits, weekly in-store promotions, weekly telephonic contact with stores to manage and maintain optimum stock holding at all times. Manage and arrange all new store installations/activations including in-store product training and roll-out. Timeous and positive responses to all queries (customer and store). Generating own leads and identifying sales opportunities through innovative marketing strategies, including online networking and corporate events. Developing existing and new customers through ethical sales methods and techniques, as well as maintaining a consistent high customer service level.July 2022 – CurrentPrimary responsibility is to retain existing portfolio of customers consisting of Durban Postnet stores as well as allocated corporate account customers. Building long standing relationships with customers, while actively generating and identifying new business opportunities.Timeous and positive responses to all queries (both customer and store), while maintaining a consistent high customer service level.Supporting the accounts team with customer payment queries, monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. Create and present monthly reports to clients including but not limited to, KPI, status reports, meeting agendas and minutes. Understanding the customer needs and finding a constructive solution that is beneficial to both the customer and company.
