I served as the Community Engagement Coordinator at UNeTech, a university-based startup incubator. In this role, I focused on expanding our network, increasing awareness of our initiatives, and fostering relationships within diverse communities. My responsibilities included identifying and connecting with potential entrepreneurs and investors beyond the university system. I represented UNeTech at various events, where I designed and managed booths for conferences, trade shows, and community gatherings. Additionally, I curated content for the company's Instagram account and organized and hosted events aimed at achieving our objectives while gathering crucial data for future assessments.

I am the founder of the Goldenrod Anecdotalist Society, dedicated to providing individuals in the greater Omaha area with a platform to share their stories in a relaxed setting. Our GAS events are free and open to the public, allowing up to 10 storytellers to take the stage without auditions, rehearsals, fees, or other requirements. Additionally, we offer free optional group coaching before events.Our mission is to use stories to cultivate connections and celebrate the human experience.

Collaborated with multiple non-profit organizations, including The Performing Arts Collective at the Union for Contemporary Arts, Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue, Anastasis Theatre, and UNeTech, to craft their Mission, Vision, and Values statements, along with conducting stakeholder analyses. Spearheaded a public installation at the grand opening of the Union for Contemporary Art to gather community feedback for the stakeholder analysis of The Performing Arts Collective, the theatre arm of the Union.

Managed operations at a busy 10,000+ sq ft used bookstore, overseeing a team of 30+ employees and assisting the Store Manager and four shift leaders.
