Was an active member of the Pierce community for 11 years and have been involved in the growth and expansion of the after school program. Started out as a 2nd grade after school teacher and have risen to be an external coordinator and director of programing. Directly responsible for the hiring, overseeing,and development of the Pierce School enrichment program which I doubled the amount of classes, students, and profit. Created and electronic signature enrollment process approved by EEC and trained all of the directors in Brookline on the system.Took an active part in several parent board meetings, school program, and community building programs.
