Current• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences • Align Expeditionary Learning Education curriculum to state ELA standards; organize, present, and implement curriculum with seventh-grade PLC team throughout district • Administer benchmark assessments throughout the school year, AimsWeb and IReady • Lead and participate in professional development sessions on language arts instruction of content and curriculum • Collaborate with PLC partners on designing formative assessments and evaluating data for instructional purposes • Mentor and supervise teachers for clinical experiences • Evaluate data and adjust instruction based on needs of students • Create and teach reading curriculum for summer school to combat Covid learning loss • Provide virtual instruction to students using virtual teaching applications and strategies • Develop relationships with parents, students, and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
