I have 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 12 years in a leadership role. In observation of the swift changes that have taken place during thattime, I have gained perspective and understanding of the significance of process changes, which are ongoing in healthcare.I have accomplished creating a centralized staffing office within my organization that assists all our inpatient and critical care units. My responsibilities evolved with this department’s growth. Many system-level projects that needed to be implemented, taught, and overseen have benefited greatly from my alignment efforts. I became the subject matter expert after being assigned as the point person on several projects both at the system level and within my current hospital. I've cultivated personal ties with teams throughout the system as a networker within my organization.I have been an integral part in creating new processes and have successfully handled difficult process modifications. My passion for process adoption and development stems from my wish to see a shift in healthcare culture and continued development.
